By providing opportunities for health professionals to gain hands-on experience contributing to One Health-related projects, the fellowship program equips them to better prevent, detect and respond to new, emerging, and re-emerging infectious disease threats.
SEAOHUN Fellowship Program supported 18 fellows in 2017–2018 to gain first-hand experience performing One Health-related work under the mentorship of the experts helping to open up and broaden their perspectives about the One Health collaboration at various levels, ranging from local to regional.
