MyOHUN MEMBERSHIP FORM

We are excited to welcome new members to the MyOHUN community! To apply for membership, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the Membership Form
    • Click here to download the membership application form.
  2. Fill and Sign the Form
    • Print the form, fill it out, and obtain signatures from your proposer and seconder.
  3. Complete Payment
    • Make your membership payment as outlined in the form and save the payment receipt.
    • For first-time applicants, ensure you pay both the one-time registration fee and the annual fee in total.
  4. Submit Your Documents
    • Once you’ve completed the form and payment, scan both the signed form and your payment receipt.
    • Upload the documents via our Membership Submission Google Form.
