Mr. Karim, is a Senior Assistant Medical Officer and lecturer with Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, UKM since 1999 with extensive clinical & academic background. He has a bachelor degree in emergency medicine from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, graduated top student in Master of Disaster Risk Management and currently doing his doctorate in Pre- Hospital Care. Mr. Karim is a certified American Heart Association Instructor since 2012 and a qualified Master Trainer for Incident Command System from FEMA. He is also actively involved in Malaysia Civil Defense Forces as a Commissioned Officer and a trainer. Mr. Karim writes extensively in research papers with a special interest in Pre-Hospital Care, disaster management, and emergency medicine.
