Dato Dr.Vincent Ng served in DVS for 30 years. He had contributed extensively to the growth of the livestock industry, serving in various capacities in the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) Malaysia. He held several positions as Head of Unit for Poultry Industry, Pig Industry, Breeding and Artificial Insemination, Integrated Agriculture Development Project (IADP) project; Manager of cattle farm and Director of Livestock Industry Production, Veterinary Institute, National Institute of Animal Biotechnology.
