Dr. Rohaida Ismail is the Head of Climate Change Unit at the Environmental Health Research Centre, Institute for Medical Research. She is a Public Health Medicine Specialist with research interest in health outcomes of climate change, extreme weather events, environmental degradation and built environment. Her current works are on climate change vulnerability and adaptation, and health impacts of air pollution and rising temperature. Among her accomplishments, she is a contributing author to the UNEP Adaptation Gap Report 2018 on climate change and health.
