Short Bio
Roziah Mohd Rasdi, PhD is Professor in Human Resource Development at the Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She was the Head of Department and Coordinator for Human Resource Development Postgraduate Program at UPM. As a social science scientist, her research interest revolves in the areas of career development, talent and competencies development, training effectiveness and women in leadership. Her current research focuses on exploring individual level competencies which are required for leveraging artificial intelligence in organizations; and examining the effectiveness of training programs in selected public agencies.
